i know, i know 750K top end on a F

I have been reading about it a fair bit and it seems like the info out there says two different things.  I have a 78 750F and a 75 750K, the top end on the F is pretty tired and needs work.  What I have read is if I switch out the pistons and cylinders I can put the K top end on the F bottom end.  This is what I have read, is it that straight forward... does it work?

Why not switch the whole Motor? It would probably be a lot easier.

switch heads too.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

...F engines ? whats about the rods ? think they are 1mm shorter.
