The K&L  part number is the same as the 750 k 69-76, same as the cb350F and the Goldwing GL1000

Did you try http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/index.html or http://www.servicehonda.com/ ? Either of them should have it.

Well I found one here:

http://www.crc2onlinecatalog.com/Index_Main_Frame.htm

Copy and paste it. You may need to go into the brake section but I did see a master rebuild for a 78F. The are wrong on their labeling though. The 77-78K has a different kit but maybe the earlier kits work. Some day I will have to try.

I have a '73 CB350F and I am in need of a M/C rebuild.  Now looking at the Cycle-Re-Cycle Part II and with the information that CB750K '69-'78 are the same, I get the part number of FB-1101.  I did notice that the GL1000 '79 is FB-1102, so that may be your problem with it not working.  I would really like to know if anyone has ever used the FB-1101 for the CB350F.  I don't want the buy the rebuild and it not work.

Thank you for your help.

could try this?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-CB750-CB550-CB-Front-Master-Cylinder-Rebuild-Kit_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35592QQihZ005QQitemZ150018727629QQrdZ1
I know I got one that did SPECIFICALLY list my bike, yet there were a number of bikes that shared a common Master cylinder. llok for early 70s, NOS parts and you cant go wrong. or search for sirius cycles rebuild kits, not NOS but supposedly the same thing
good luck search for honda part # 45530-377-305 and it will fit
