What a joke. These Clowns at USPS can't seem to get a package to you in a timely matter.
Bought that nice MAC snap ring plier set and shipped on 11/29. Went from Florida to Cali and left there two days ago. Lets see. It's now December 18.
Good job! No wonder I use FedEx or UPS.

I ordered two different things from DCC which is only few states away and large order was shipped via FedEx and as always arrived within 48 hours.
USPS on the other hand, on multiple occasions failed to deliver packages on scheduled date and each time are 4 days late.
It takes them 2 full days to process a package in Louisville (hour away) and for it to arrive here then takes at least another day to go out for delivery ...  ::)

Yaaaay!

The same set has served well for the past couple of decades. There was a time or two that a larger pair would have been nice(big outboard gearcase?), and there was that damn Honda master cylinder.....

I don't see the Kowa set in their catalog. Does K&L still list them? I bought mine about 25 years ago.

Snap-on is the current approved supplier for Kowa tools.

quote from momo

"I believe all the Honda special tools were made by Kowa.  I still have every Honda special tool I bought back in the 70s and all are still like new and fully functional...Larry"

yeah i still have the honda flywheel puller i bought in the 70s but lost that tool for the recessed four lug nut in the deep oil spinner filter on xr75s and others, that flywheel puller fits a lot of yamahas aswell, been handy over the years, you have to remove the oil spinner on xr75s to replace the clutch plates, good score on that set toytuff!
