Topic: CB 360 Euro Bars

Hey guys,
Currently my 360 is running a set of the chrome 7/8" eurobars from dime city. I drilled them to run the wiring through and noticed today that they have started to crack around where the wires come out to the triple tree (not super surprised since I basically added a big stress concentration).

My question is, is there a set of similar or slightly lower bars that come pre-drilled for internal wiring?Maybe a set that has a sleeve in the center like the originals do or just thinker in general? I'm pretty much dead set on keeping the wires inside the bars. I was thinking maybe some thing off a dirtbike might be thicker? Or would stock 400f bars be similar/stronger?

I purchased a pr. of CB400F oem reproduction bars from a forum member here that are pre-drilled and they seem thick enough to keep good integrity. I noticed that Dennis Kirk is selling the same bars which are Emgo brand for $26 ! all you have to do is confirm w/ them you want to reserve a pr. and then wait until the bars arrive w/ Dennis Kirk and they'll send you an email saying "we got'em"  and then you do checkout.
I also bought a pr. of them from DK for my other bike so I know they're a great deal,predrilled and dimpled for locating pegs for your hand switches;I just took a dremel and smoothed off some of the sharp edges around the holes so it wouldn't cut the wires.

Ok thats good to hear. Are you running them on the 350 in your sig? Do the clamps on your triple tree mount through rubber grommets? I think the play in my rubber mounted clamps is what allowed the current setup to crack. How is the pullback on them? My current ones are about 4.8in so they have a decent pullback to them. Are the 400f bars basically straight across? If its not a pain is there any way you could measure the tubing thickness, just so I can compare to my current setup? Thanks!

Yes,I'm running them on my CB350 & they're the rubber mounted 'dog bones' 
The specs on these Emgo bars(mod.# 23-93142 chrome)are exactly the same as CB400F stock bars for the 1975 1st model year and according to to Emgo they are: 27.5" wide, 1.75" rise, 4" pullback, & 4.5" to the outside edges of the little ridges put into the bars where your handlebars mount.

Awesome thats exactly the info I was looking for! One last question, do the knurled sections on the bars match the clamp spacing on a 350?
