Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix
« on: July 22, 2013, 07:12:59 PM »
The PVGP, what fun! Some of the rarest cars, The largest show that I've ever been too.  Plus Sunday they race them through the park. Last year the motorcycle corral was severely lacking, This year , some owners got invitations to the show ( don't know how that works ) but it turned out to be a decent show. Saw some very nice 750's mostly stock , 1 cafe'd, a 450 twin and a few 350's .Motto guzzi had a strong showing too.
It was supposed to rain so I decided that I wouldn't load up the open trailer and make the trip with some 550 s , too bad , there weren't any there. and it turned out to be a nice day but it did rain in late afternoon. So I was satisfied with the decision to leave them all home, it was a very nice show without them.
Was any of those 750's there belong to anyone here? They were all beautiful, nice show. I'm looking forward to next years show already.
A few Honda 500's, a few Honda 550's, a few Honda 650's, '72 cb 450, a couple 500/550/650 hybrids, and 2001 750.
550 Snowbike -Somebody had to do it.

I had no idea they had motorcycles involved in that.

Always thought it was only cars.
