I sure do like the rise in these handle bars. What make/model are those?

I'm not shure what brand they are, but they are café racer bars that has been turned upside down.  I know that not everyone like the look of them when they are turned like that, and neither did I in the beginning, but they are very comfortable to ride with.

We call them "Ace" bars in the UK - possibly after the Ace Cafe (Google it) in W London where it is said the whole cafe racer thing started.

Not to take the thread on a tangent, but I've always known that bar-style as 'clubman'.  No idea where the name came from, but obviously they're the simple approach to clip-ons.

Over here they are named TT handlebars. And we have always used that name for them. It refers to the TT racers used in the Tourist Trophy back in the 60's and 70's. We never had anyhing like the Ace Cafè, so I guss the TT was the big sourche of inspiration for the teenagers back then.

I like the way the clubmans look on my 750, and I like the way they feel riding around town, but I went for a long ride a couple of weeks ago and damn if I wasn't sore for the next two days!  I'm thinking about putting some superbike bars on the 750 and sticking the clubmans on the 550 when she's finished.  The weather's warm and I need something to take on long trips that's somewhat comfortable.
