Awesome job!! I was thinking about 4 into 4 myself. Your job is fantastic and I hope mine looks half as good.  Later on, Bill

Daniel,

Looks great but you gotta tell us more about the pipe fabrication. I'm going to have to make pipes eventually for my project and your help would be appreciated. Did you make these entirely from scratch? What size & type of tubing did you use? How did you bend, etc ??

Thanks
Jerry

Perhaps I havenĀ“t been clear enough, but these are modified stock '75 pipes...

Looks finished to me. Did you try it on road? Any difference?

Noticable difference throughout the rev range. And the sound itself makes it another 10 mph quicker  ;D

Well, here some better pics. They will also be added to my gallery when I get the time......

Cheers

There ya go!! Uh oh, that would mean something else to vote on wouldn't? Or would you
put more than 1 on each month? We've got a bunch of bikes, you know?

Looks sweet.

I took off the pipes to try and patch them, (Old bike barn wanted $1299 for a new set which is close to 3 times what I paid for the bike) they crumbled so I chopped them off and just added some pipe and made some brackets to hold them on - I like the sound of the straight pipes on my 350F (in my avatar). It is not so loud with the 350 that it is obnoxious but it is loud enough to draw attention.  I love when I get a little throaty girgle when decelerating.

Might ought to take a bike count, would be a tough calendar! No doubt about that. I'd take at least one!                                              Later on, Bill

Hrmm, perhaps do a sort of 'style', do four per month, with quartered pictures, in Stock/Restored, cafe'd, chopper/bobber, and uh, something else, i dunno.
That way we could fit 48 bikes in one year.
