I don't know, it was like 10PM and all I did was to whack it and cut filets out of it. 8-10 pounds? I will weight the next one

Breaded and pan fried with some breading that has some spices...usually best that way.

The wife promised to cook it with different spice each time, as long as I don't bring the whole fish to the house.

So now I am thinking maybe drop one in her bed?
