Can someone help me ID the seat

I sent the builder a message two months ago and did not get a response..  I even created an account to ask  publicly and still nothing......I am curious if someone can tell me what seat this is and where to get????

Closest match would most likely be at Glass from the Past.  They do several with the large backbone down the center of the sit down area.
