Finally the 2014 Calendar is finished!!

Well at least Edition 1 with the following caveats...waiting for some high res images to come in but think the finished product is good enough at the moment. Not all images (high res or not) fitted well into the space I had so sorry if it comes out worse than expected - let me know if its really bad and Ill try and fix it. Preview looks acceptable to me but I am no expert.

I have a 19.8Mb PDF file of the calendar if anyone wants to preview it before buying. PM me with your email address and Ill send it.

There will be a second version to accommodate some peoples photos that didnt make it in the first version - Ill make it and update this info about what changed later.

For the people who submitted the pics:
Some of the months are themed with multiple photos - which means Ive had to crop some images down and loose some parts of the image - I am sorry if this ruins the shot in your eyes and if you want an edition just for you with your photo as the only one for that month then let me know and Ill change it.

Cost $25 of which $4.81 goes to the Forum the rest to Lulu.com. I got the premium size calendars so came out a little more. Lulu.com are always doing specials or have discount coupons so check for those before ordering.

High res cover photo to be fitted later today once I get home from work. That should make it complete.

After that I have a few personalized editions to make for those that want their photos on full page spread for that particular month.

Any issues with formatting once you receive them let me know

In this years calendar I went for some Theme months:

1. Iceland/January

2. Euro month/March - represented by Spain, Scotland and France

3. Woman bikers/April - who dosent like woman on bikes! 

4. Racer month/May - too bad that Bears pic had to be cropped so much to fit into that space but you get the idea. Similarly with Kevins beautiful bike what you dont see is the snaking road behind him. But we get to look at 3 distinct photos that to be said "racing"

5. Long distance month/June  - where do you want to go today?

6. August - long hot days of summer - Tweakins bikes could have made it for all months but this on the road shot was a favourite of mine. As if Chefs K0 against the blue sky.

7. October - Fall photos

Ok edition 2 (see previous post) was just an updated edition 1.

NOW IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!...we have 2014 SOHC Calendar version 2! (in addition to link above for Version 1 ).

Version 2 is different from Version 1 in the following:

August - now a solo photo shot of Cheftuskeys K0

September - different bikes are shown - Seabass CB550 against Iron Maiden mural (replaces H2Erics CB1000) and Davez134 at RedRock National Park (replacing Stev-o photo).

May - Bears photo has been replaced with Samauto and pit crew

June - Schnells photo has replaced with sunrise mural and Schnells CB750.

Preview has now been added on the ordering page - see links - under the cover photo there will be a preview button

Sorry for the confusion but read the previous posts from today (reply #338) - Edition 2 is now available (a revision of edition 1). Plus there is a Version 2 See previous posts for differences.

I don't think so, I could not.

The lack of flash support by Apple is frustrating.   One option is the Photon browser, just a couple bucks in the Apple store.  Not perfect, but at least you can see flash with it.
