'75 CB550F clutch nut
« on: August 10, 2006, 05:01:04 PM »

Does the CB550 use a different size clutch nut than the CB750?  I made a tool for my bike and my friend is going to do the clutch on his CB550. Also, is the nut of the same retarded design?

thanks

I think the 550 uses a snap ring not a nut.

Cheers, Tom

Thanks Bryan for posting the question for me!

Tom, you are right, there is no clutch nut, just a 25mm clip ring...
AWESOME!!!..this clutch job is gonna be a piece of cake!!
