What were the temps?
Around 14 degrees celcius (57 farenheit). The CBX motor kicks out a bit of heat, so my feet and shins weren't cold!
I haven't owned a CBX but remember coming up behind one on the road in 1979 and thought my 811 K6 would snuff it in a twist on... I had a rude awaking that day. Even when I down shifted a couple gears he just walked away from me. But I liked my bike and didn't want to upsize to that monster that was fresh out of the box.
57 F, just like I like. I don't do well too much above 70 F. It's summer here in New England and we've been getting in the 90-95 F. I have to put on a cooling vest above the mid 90s or ride in the cage...... my internal cooling system has always been like this and I'm not a overweight man, well maybe 20 lbs more than I'd like to be at....
This picture was 2018 on the Gentleman's ride in late September when it started in the high 30s snd finished in the low 50s. I was wearing my jacket liner under the sport coat and was comfortable though a bit nippy without a fairing on the bike early in the morning.
