The Morini 3 1/2 Sport is a much better bike than the Morini 500 Sei, and this is reflected in their prices (and "Yes", I have ridden both).  Bigger isn't always better...

I very much enjoy the sound and character of my various motorcycles, especially the vintage ones.    But, there is something magical about the vibration-free silence of the electric-converted vintage Vespa P125X, and the only sound being the wind.   I usually use it as my errand running vehicle, but, this evening, I took it for a pleasure ride.

First bike I ever owned, got it at my 50th birthday.

Very nice CL77, I love the CL 72/77. Brings back some great times, I can still hear that unique sweet sounding motor purr.

First proper ride since doing a full engine rebuild on my 1976 Morini 3 1/2 Sport.  Bike ran really well.  I love the flat "blat" of the exhaust - the 72 degree V twin & Heron heads makes for a unique sound!

I see quite a few EV builds being done with these. SSC sells a super easy bolt on kit that many have been pretty happy with.

For me, you’ll have to pry the ring ding ding of my Lambrettas outta my cold dead hands hahah.

Other bikes are fun, but I’m at home on a lambretta.

What model Lambretta 150LI ?

This particular one is an SX.

I’ve had far too many over the years (as well as vespas).

I've been putting some miles on my 84' Honda Sabre 700. It has a great motor. I bought my first one in May of 82' and the current one is an 84'. I have the Hondaline sport touring set up and I've changed the fork springs and installed a CBR1100xx Blackbird shock in the rear. It is a great all-around bike with around 80hp after a couple tweaks. It pulls all the way to the 10.5k rpm redline.
It will do long rides or go to the store. It has a low center of gravity and a low seat height. I keep the Sabre pointed at the door during the winter months, around here you never know when a nice day will show up.
