Topic: NY NJ meet and ride

 I know this is probably the wrong place to post this topic, but I tried elsewhere and saw no real response. Not too many folks looking at that board.
  With the final weeks of Summer upon us and nights once again, getting longer, can we organize an SOHC meet and ride ? 
Not the GZ, but a meet that gets some of us together where we can either do one group ride or break off into groups.
  I was thinking about meeting at Bear Mountain State Park ? We can meet early enough to go riding or we may have some folks where just getting there will be their ride.
  Either way, I know there are tons of us like minded SOHC owners out there. So why not organize a meet and maybe even start up yearly (or even seasonal) thing  ?

Bear Mountain is great. Jersey folks can get to Sloatsburg and we can all meet up there. A great Bike friendly Bar/restaurant there. Good riding in the area.

I was hoping to ride down to that old foundry or whateve it is down near sloatsburg.....but its only open on friday....   Or, the bennignton  battle monument(not in the same day!)

Hey guys, Godzilla is in Virginia now and will need riders from New York and New Jersey to carry him on to North.

As I said, he is in VA, I have a 2kcowboy in DC to take him from me and there is 2stroke rush in Baltimore who signed up for the rally too.  Next step is MoMo in PA and after that it is your NJ, NY, DE??.
