Ok, I started the tear down of this 1972 CB500. Things a heap!! No oil or grease, but tons of rust and flaking chrome. Surprisingly, the tank and covers are nearly flawless with no dents or cracks. It's definitely gonna need rims, master cylinder work, new bars, new shocks, and new front forks. Also a seat and possibly a side cover or two. If you can help out, I'd appreciate it. Take a look at the pics and see if anything will help you and maybe we can work something out.
