Well I'll be... would NEVER have thought it safe for a wet clutch application. Guess you CAN learn something new every day.  ::)
Thanks for sharing all you brave souls.
On a side note, any suggestions as to what snake oil additive will make my golf cart stop smoking? It's appropriately named 'old smokey'  :o
2700 hrs on that worn out POS. I run a 15w-40 semi-synthetic 'diesel oil' (Frontier) in it, and a 30 year old bottle of Slick 50 didn't change anything.

Cars do not have wet clutches. Motorcycles do.
What do you think will happen when that sticky goo gets all through your clutch plates?

See what I mean?

Nothing. I've used it in my Suzuki GS1000 and Honda CB750 and it hasn't affected my clutch at all. Try it before you repost another baseless opinion. ;D
How long have you been using it in your 759 for Terry?

G'Day Mate, I've been using it in a variety of bikes and cars since I first discovered Moreys (same stuff, different bottle) in 1989. Since then it's seen service in my BMW K100RT, R100RS, CB750F2, Suzy GS1000S, BMW K1100LT, my second BMW R100RS, my current BMW K100RS SE, my 836cc Cafe Racer, and my Subaru Liberty. (Legacy)

I also used it in a couple of Fords and my old Hyundai. I'll be treating my big black 'Wang to a half a litre of the stuff when it has it's next oil and filter change, too. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)

Cheers Terry, I've always looked at it at the auto parts store. Maybe I'll give it a go in the old Jap bikes, have an oil change coming up on the cb soon. Going back to good old rotella 15-40 as well.

Ya 750K,I use Rotella 15/40 in my units and those that I wrench on.I find it interesting that Porsche called for it in their air cooled autos. They research every thing! I also figure if it can keep an oil fim in the mains and rods of truck engines with huge loadings our toys should be childs play.Lots of gears in a big diesel engine thrashing the oil too.  Rock On
