Anyone had problems when ordering or purchasing on ebay with SpeedMoto?

I'm having a bit of one getting a respose from them.
I bought on ebay a set of Drag Bars and a fairing and it seemed they combined shipping.
I sent it in that way after emailing them and Brian (the owner I think) said it was good.
Then an email saying I owed more shipping. Then my question back and a copy of
Brians email. Then a statement from Brian that he would ship it.
Now nothiing and I'm getting no responses.

I've bought a couple of things from them & they're okay.  I think they post stuff on e-bay that they haven't actually got in stock, & it can take a week or so for them to get it in & post it.  I don't mind as they have hard to get stuff at very reasonable prices.
