It is alive!! {'77 CB750F}

I got my 750 running tonight.  ;D   I have been soaking the carbs for days.  I had the small pieces in a can but I made a trough from a drawer, a box, and aluminum foil to soak the main body with out having to pull it completely apart.  The carbs were a Lovely shade of green on the inside, all of the holes on the slow jets were clogged, the green was a color so vibrant I had not seen anything like it since I was in Ireland.

Of interest to some might be my diagnostic gas tank.  It is just a $2.97 fuel siphon pump from Walmart and an in-line fuel filter.  Suck up some gas, if you want it to flow loop it around a grip, if you want it to stop stick a stubby Phillips screwdriver in the tube and lay it on the ground.

Thanks to everyone on this site.  It would not be running if it was not for the useful info to be found on this forum and in the minds of it's members.

Now if only I had some brakes I could take it for a spin.  All 3 of my calipers are on their way to Speed Bleeders to get the sheared screws removed and Speed Bleeders installed.

Congrats! It'll be even better when you get the brakes done, then you can really enjoy it.
