Has anyone used KBS RustBlast?

I'd like to not have to use a tank sealer (Caswell, POR15 etc) if it all possible, but am always on the lookout for better rust removal solutions. Supposedly it:

"effectively dissolves rust, corrosion, metal oxides, and tarnishing from most metal surfaces, while providing extended protection against flash-rusting thanks to KBS' unique Oxygen-Block technology."

Sounds like if you clean it out with this stuff, as long as you immediately dry it out & fill it with gas you should be okay. Anyone have any experience with it?
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.
