I got to get down go Tucson and see the son.  Not sure which direction from Bullhead I'm going.  Word like to see Havasu and angle down towards Quartzite then east on 10 to Buckeye, south to Gila Bend and east to 10 and with go Tucson, thus avoiding that whole Phoenix nightmare!

Sitting in a motel in Bullhead waiting for the CA riders.  Ride from Flagstaff and then across old Route 66 was fun.  Frost on the bike this morning in Flag, over 80 when I crossed the bridge into Laughlin, NV.  Was glad to get out of the leathers!

Hey Proto, GZ left Mohave at around 4pm heading to Barstow, so not sure if it's staying overnight there or straight to bullhead city

Proto, have you seen the weather forecast? Going to be windy tomorrow, especially in the northern part of AZ. Last Wednesday, a 69 MPH gust was recorded in Winslow! :o

Sure, can't think of anywhere else at this time.

Did you take 66 from Seligman to Kingman? Eat at Lilo's?

TT, 10-4 on that route.  Did not stop and eat there tho.  Town was packed with tourists!  Probably passed 50 bikes headed across 66 the other direction.

Buses must be a new thing. It's been 3 or 4 years since I've been that way.

You followed my route when I worked for the railroad. Guess that's why I don't get up there much.

toytuff, they come in from all over the southwest, CA, UT, NV, etc... I-40 is the quick way to Flag and then straight down for a lot of them.  Have you not seen all the Harley trailer queens rolling in from every which direction?!?

I drive a truck for a living, so I notice these things  ;)

Scottly,  I am hoping its a tailwind for a change!
I'm thinking it will be a headwind from Parker to Quartzite, based on the windstorm I rode through 2 years ago. :( The crosswinds that battered me heading west on 72 between Bouse and the intersection with 95 turned into a tailwind that nearly blew me all the way to Parker.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!
