Motorcyclist hits bear on BC roads

It's stupid crazy isn't it? Animals are retarded as sin.

"Oh look, a motorcyclist is coming...let's run out in the road"

That is seriously the expectation we must have when traveling. This video is a great warning.

When speeding, you must be prepared for the risk.

Well said, especially if you are on a very impressive, fast CB450!

CB450s are monsters. The Black Bear would be running away from them.

The train would be doing about 90 km..about 55 mph. Probably 2 engines or more on front, at least 80cars long....probably around 60-70 feet between the track and the highway..

roo cam,i like it,wallabies(small roos)are dangerous road side eaters, same anywhere i guess, theres going to be animals around, weve all had to brake for dogs and sheep etc,ive flattened a few roos in trucks with proper bull bars, you dont even think of braking or avoiding them, the proper bull bar is angled forward and downward so what you hit gets thrown to the road then driven over, you truckers stateside dont have bull bars as they are illegal i believe?just throw a few more guns in the cabin i guess?an old yard dog where i worked in townsville always ran up to any truck that pulled in and went straight for the wheels and mud flaps and had free dried jerky splatter.

Yeah, bull bars are illegal but we can carry as many guns as we want. Gotta love it.

i bought an old r600 mack tip truck in the 80s,i removed the steel bull bar to lessen its tare weight,me and a mate could hardly lift it,i was a lot tougher and stronger back then aswell!they are all alloy these days, they are legally fitted to cars, you really need them in some areas.

Same deal as the 10 point buck that ran into the side of my 28' car trailer two years ago. Scared by a train running between the road and the river. He lost his footing and went into the side/under the wheels. He came out with 5 points and left one in an 8 ply tire. He left some good meat for a local, I ran over his neck and front legs. The rest was pretty much intact.
