Do yourself a favor and have it professionally ceramic coated inside and out. It will perform better and stay beautiful for a very long time.

Is it not stainless?

Yes, it is. But as you know, SS can discolor with heat or from contamination. Coating it allows it be trap heat inside and protect the exterior finish, or to simply allow a different look other than SS

I love the gold glow after a ride though... I came from a black Mac 4 into 1 and while it looked awesome it's nice to have unique pipe coloring after a good ride...

Checking and changing needles takes 45min if you're good....

But it must get done.
I know you do not WANT to do it, but that is what is needed.

Working on my bike is therapy... Hasn't been a good year for me but as a non-drinker/smoker I've found that this helps take the edge off and it's a good learning process because my dad doesn't touch cars or motorcycles so I didn't have that introduction growing up like most guys on here

+1. And no offense, but a video of a MotoGP pipe without audio is worthless! Nice gloves though...

I was afraid you were gonna post that. I've been there but can only see the product lines. Never can get to actual products. Trying to figure out if it's a problem with my Mac or what?

His website is not like a "store" look under projects.  He only makes x amount per year and may not have any at the moment.  He also sells on eBay but has no pipes on there right now.
Yes, his name is Chris and best to call.

Perfect. That's what I thought but I didn't know if it was just an issue with my Macintosh as it's getting old.

If you've taken the headers off you you need to get new crush washers to get a good seal and just double check for things to be tightened snug

UPDATE:

Bike was tuned very close to perfect but experienced a bizarre small blubber/flutter at 3/4 throttle around 6-7k ...... Tried many different tuning combinations but what ultimately cured it was resetting/checking float height on the carbs to 22mm (stock for cb550).... Bike has no fluttering and last night I was able to take both my gf and I up to 80mph easily on freeway....

Cb550k
022a carbs (stock is #100, #40/#38, 1.50 turns out, 4th clip pos)

My settings:

#105 Main
#38 Slow
#1.25 turns out (May adjust a tad but seems to run well)
Uni foam filter in stock airbox
Clip position is third down from top

A small mod I did was use a spacer nut and a stud between the airbox lid and body to allow a little extra air in which seems to help any potential flat spots (which are not present)
