If you mean the 500T, here's the manual: https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.4shared.com%2Fdownload%2FNIUEbqwm%2FHonda_CB500T_CB500_CB_500_Twin.pdf

I tend towards http://www.partzilla.com for parts.

As far as assistance, you need only ask. Being a twin and not a true in line four, don't be surprised if your post gets moved to the "other bikes" thread. I'd recommend starting a project thread to document your work and give you a central place to post questions.

Good Luck!

To my knowledge Honda didn't make a 550 twin.

Welcome to the forum! :)

First things first, let's figure out exactly what bike you have.  Since there isn't a 1975 550 Honda Twin, is yours a 4 cylinder 550 or a 2 cylinder 500?  Or possibly a 2 cylinder 450?  What does it say on the VIN plate on the right side of the steering neck?

as Gordon said, start thread in project shop, this will keep things in one place but you will still get plenty of help.
