So I have 4 problems (see sig) that I'm working on with this bike and haven't had much luck with any so far. Front brake won't break loose, new fuel hoses won't get here until the 11th, and don't have a center stand so can't take off the rear wheel to try and fix the grinding issue. I still have tomorrow before going back to work, and would like to at least have a small win with this thing. Bought it last Sunday and the PO told me he never changed the oil on it, and the title was from a while ago, granted he didn't rid it much either. I'd really like to get it running soon, and since I have the time to do something tomorrow, I hope to at least get the oil changed out. Looking at the bike, the braided hose that connects the oil tank and the engine seems soaked with oil, is this an off the shelf replaceable or do I have to part hunt for it? I'd like to change it if I can, but I'll leave it on and just change the oil otherwise. Also, what is the best oil to use for motorcycles (first bike so don't know)? Since its an older bike, will I need some special zinc oil or additives? How many quarts will I need? Anything else I need to consider? Couldn't find any vids or pix, just a text walkthrough which is detailed on this site but I don't know what is what and where to that detail yet.....
