Any Pennsylvania CB owners on this site?
« on: August 14, 2006, 10:55:22 AM »
Guys,

I am looking for fellow CB owners who live in PA who might like to get together for a ride late summer of early fall before the weather gets crapy.  The center of the state has some nice areas to ride.  Let me know.

I'm not much of an Old Forge pizza fan.  I prefer thin crust pizza. If you ever come up this way for a ride drop me an email.

Now that I am legal I am planning a progressively longer ride into PA from MD.  So far I am trying to work my way up to rocks state park area, and then onto bigger and longer rides up into PA.  HEre is what I have so far and if anyone is along the route (or could be when the route continues northward) is welcome to join and definately welcome to suggest good roads for the adventurous beginner.  I have the route broken up into four pages so far and this is all four squeezed into one page.  If anyone is interested in seeing the more detailed maps i could start a new thread about my plan.

I live in Hanover PA and I would be interested in a group ride. One catch though, I only have my Kaw 900 turbo on the road now.

Damn!!!  I would love to go to the VJMC meet.  I wish that I knew earlier that it was this weekend.  I am scheduled for surgery on Saturday morning, so I'll be pretty much "out of it".  Damn, damn, damn, damn..... >:( >:( >:( >:(

Does the VJMC have that meet in Spring Grove every year?

apparently, they do have it every year in the same spot.  this is the 18th annual, so i doubt they will just up and quit after this one! :D
Good luck with surgery on saturday, and you can check my other post regarding the meet/show.

Sparty and Jugghead, I'll be at White Rose VJMC meet in a few hours. I've been going the last few years. Great meet and location with plenty of motorcycle carma. The hillclimb hill is a must see. I've been going to the AMCA meet there in Oct. since they started. I'm just outside Philly in Springfield, Delaware County. Jugghead, contact me offline for more info on Sunday rides. elisent@comcast.net   Thanks, Eli
