middle cylinders not firing
« on: September 04, 2013, 04:56:20 AM »
have fuel and what I believe to be weak spark, my question
could this be a points/condenser issue?
when looking at the points which set control cyls 2&3 left or right?
any other thoughts?
Thanks in advance

Easiest thing to do is swap spark cables and points leads at coils - if 1 and 4 stop firing you have a winner.

Points for 1,4 and 2,3 can be either set.

got her running on all four
turns out it was a fuel issue, sitting for 30 years there was more varnish then I thought
anyway it's on to the frozen front brake caliper.
