Well I do not have the part numbers. I think any front rotor will fit on the right side and I just ordered one off EB, same with the caliper. If you have not purchased Hondaman's book I would recommend you consider it, he discusses the differences in caliper, and how to do the upgrade at length in his book and lots, lots more.
Its a long story but basically Honda manufactured the front legs with mirror image lugs to support the addition of the 2nd rotor from the factory, so it is not a big deal to add the 2nd rotor and caliper. There is an older caliper ("C" bracket) , I'm thinking K3 and back that would work, but with more significant changes. The stock bracket ("T" bracket) on the F1 is the newer and you just need to find another one along with a rotor.
There are two significant issues you have to address in order to do the upgrade. You need 6 longer bolts to properly secure the 2nd rotor on the hub. The ideal set of bolts is from a GL 1000 hub, but are typically very hard to find. I'm thinking the stock bolts (I know exactly but am just quickly responding here) are like 105MM and what you need are like 115MM. I was able to source a set of SS bolts in the aftermarket to use for this application.
The 2nd issue is how to drive the tach on the right side with the addition of the 2nd rotor. Hondaman discusses options in his book and there is a guy here on the forum that offers an aluminum machined part, which is what I am doing.
There is an urban legend about the CB550 tach drive being used on the CB750 as an alternative but apparently this is not true so don't go running down that rabbit hole.
