Anyone with a CB750 know where the factory stickers go?
« on: August 13, 2006, 06:16:23 PM »
I'm restoring a 1974 CB750 K4, I have a set of the factory decals that were included with my new tank decals. I know where a few go on my bike, but there are a couple that I don't know were they go? One is about one quarter inch wide by three inches long. It simply reads "HONDA MOTORCO LTD, MADE IN JAPAN". One is a warning sticker talking about accessories and loading, and the last one is a red/green chain wear indicator. Any body have pictures of where these go? Thanks

The Red and Green sticker goes on the swingarm just in front of the axle. This is the left side (Clutch) of the swingarm.

The chain wear sticker has to be placed so that the red part corresponds with where the chain would be knackered beyond further use. If you have the owners manual there should be a pic showing the location. Failing that, pick a spot!
