this is what i ride all the time,my fj,  but when my cb is ready , i want it to be the main bike

OK, here goes stevo , the rd's fun , but i would trust it like a 4 stroke, the little C-72 just cant keep up with modern car drivers on the road with full on accelerating and braking, the triumphs OK , but if it needs more than a few kicks to start it my knees cant take it, the fj goes like the clappers for a heavy bike, but its a big bike,,  , it comes in 2nd to the CB, i  only just got back from a 45 minute ride on the fj, then i went out on the CB for half an hour and riding it is fun. It's quick enough, looks supurb ,sounds great , turns heads etc, the more i ride it the more i'm falling  for it, ken.

Ha...that was a good little descript of your bikes!   I have an RD too, fun to ride in the 'hood, but would not consider taking a trip more than 25 miles from the house.

heres the forgotten 1981  xj650 special, known as a maxim in the us, i put 40000 km's on it in 3 years, still runs like a top, am keeping it as its too good a bike to give away, like in the US , they dont get much money here either even though they are fairly rare , this is all original except mirrors , suspension and braided front brake lines, there a top little bike IMHO

I like Ken's response to the question, "Which one's your fave". I tell ya...For years I've had the pleasure of the Electra Glide, and every other weekend getting out the Scrambler, BUT...since this latest 100% stock 78 CB750 acquisition...I'm finding myself wanting to take that thing out as oft as I can. Not only is it fun, fast and the other niceties that Ken pointed out, but for me this high revving bike with the higher center of gravity is just too much fun. I have yet to push over 500 miles on this thing since getting it road worthy, and I'm not quite sure were the throttle ends. I'm not a red liner by any means (although I'm closer than I was before), but this bike is way different than what I'm used to in many ways...like keeping your left boot ON the peg as opposed to the toe being positioned under the shifter, relaxed and pointing kind of downwards. Mr. Foot doesn't like it when the pavement rises up and kisses him on that lefty.
