Remove Cylinders with frame kit?

I know you can remove the head if your bike has the frame cut but can you remove the cylinders to replace the base gasket? The bike is a 78 CB750F if that matters. Thanks

I think you can, but if not, with the head out of the way removing the engine should be a snap.
