Hard starts no Idle? Help me out!

Hey guys my 73 350four has been giving me hard starts the last week and not idling well. after i get her going shell run great and strong but when i pull up to a redlight she will die out, but start right back up on the button but not idle.  Im thinking these are related, any tips guys??

Are you aware these bikes need a routine tune up every 3000 miles?

Gas tank sediment?
Sediment in the carb bowls?

Spark plug deposits sooty?

Air filter clean as new?
