Send me your mailing address.  I made an extra set of the rear set brackets and I'll send em your way.
FYI, the bolt pattern location is arbitrary and you will need to adapt to them as you see fit as well as tap the holes to your needs.

Watched the 550 build, can't wait to see how this one turns out!! Is there a build thread somewhere on that H1? Been wanting to build a 2stroker ...eventually!

Well,  a small update has been made.  Got a little work done on the rear tail section hoop.  Still need to fill the hoop welds and sand smooth for a nice transition. Next up will be to weld on securing tabs for under tray and electronics bin.
I hope I have my scale right, my brother is 6' and all the bikes I have made have been for us shorties so I'm hoping it works.  Also, please ignore the fact that the seat shape looks a little...how do I say...like a male member...

Island Cafe Racers:  I took a look at your 550 build, looks like you are making some great progress! If you have any questions shoot me a PM!

Taggat:  The tank is from a royal enfield, but it has had a lot of cutting and shaping done to it to get it to look/fit the honda.

As for updates.  I ordered some Sun rims and Buchanan spokes through Mike at Power Barn.  I highly recommend doing business with this guy! Very helpful and you can't beat his prices.  Got the rims laced up yesterday, still need to take out the slack and true them.  If anyone sees a problem with my spoke pattern please let me know!
The discs were thinned and drilled by Godffrey, another great person to do business with!

Nice looking wheels! Godffrey has done a few rotors for me.. Great work and he is a good guy to learn from.....

Mind if I ask how much the rims and spokes cost?

Thanks, they turned out nice.

Tews, the spokes were $85 per set.  The rims were if I remember correctly, $170 for the front and $240 for the back.  Believe it or not, this is quite a bit cheaper than going through Buchanans.

Rim size is 2.15" x 18 front
                 4.25" x 18 back

But looks solid, and if doesn't egg shape, you're good to go. Hahaha.

Are you planning any engine upgrades? Bores, race cams..? Been eye balling some of those sweet engines over a cyclex. Out of my price range at the moment, but would be nice.. Lol

The rotors and hub are stock 750.  I am buidling two 750s right now, one with a modern front and one with an original, these are for the original bike.

I am in the process of welding in some frame clamps for easy head access.  Can anyone tell me a measurement of how much tube needs to be removed so I don't have to fit the motor back in the bike? My plan is to take off about 2 more inches on the tube coming from the head tube. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am going to order up some rubber so I can get a roller frame going. 
What are your opinions on:

Front:  110/90-18

Rear:  150/70-18

Remember I have a 2.15" front and 4.25" rear
I am a fan of having the front tire just slightly smaller diameter than the rear.  These tires should be about a 25.75" front diameter and a 26.25" rear diameter.

If anyone has pics for reference of this size, a link would be most appreciated.

EDIT: I like the smaller looking front wheel and not to bulky rear. But that's my taste.

What tire brand? Metzelers again?
