Dad used to say make sure to dot the "i" when spelling lawyer. My gay brother with control issues wants to give Dad's  near eighty years of income and frugal living to his partner and I should get nothing under his scheme.

I am the standard idiot who represents himself, but I am confident in my successes. I like federal court , but the attorney who represents the trust my father set up thinks it is a moral obligation that he cheats  me.  I am tired of it, so anyone who wants to wager a buck that he is disbarred by the beginning of 2015, ring in. I will take 10:1 in my favor that he is sanctioned, which is what really needs to happen. I would take  the same 10:1 that the substitute judge in the case (iffin' she doesn't recuse herself) will be sanctioned. Don't ask me how I know, but I answered in time, and It is sad that the greed comes between brothers. I'm tired of it so ....

I will chime in since you invited it!  From briefly reviewing the documents you linked, a couple points that I thought:
First, I hope the account info posted is not still current, otherwise a nefarious person may hit it up with an identity theft schem.  Secondly, it seems that all of this documentation is relating to the actions of this scum bag lawyer?  I would just say its very unlikely he gets disbarred.  That is a very difficult thing to occur and judges, lawyers and the like are all on the same side.  Very unlikely indeed.  My 2cents is to not dump a lot of time/money/emotion into it because what is "right" is not always what normal folks expect. 
I cant tell from these documents what has happened yet with the trust as far as what you deserve.  Hopefully that can get remedied.  I know the frustration with judicial systems.  It is a grinding machine with almost no logic. 
My wife can probably enlighten you a little more if you like?   You can look up "WE ROAR Radio" to get in touch with her if you like.  She loves helping the underdogs.  Shes not an attorney, but she has many attorneys scared.

Glad my family was alwyas semi-poor. We still like each other because we have no money to fight over. It's amazing how little money can cause rifts between family members. Good luck in your case.
