There is a guy in the for sale section, somewhat recent post (within a week) that is half the price for a PC'd triple that is shaved.

looks like he does a good job on those! The ones from Heartbreak Cycleworks, however, have the holes that were left by the clamps filled before they are coated. Also, if you don't send the core, the Heartbreak ones are $10 cheaper.
