Help finding parts

My K4 is almost fixed I just need help finding the "Pipe, Bottom" for the front fork assembly. This is what happened to mine.
I also attached a parts diagram outlining the part I'm looking for.
I've looked everywhere and the part is not available. If anyone has one they might want to get rid of, it would be Much appreciated.

I really just want to ride this bike before the weather turns to total crap up here in the PNW

Good idea TK.   That is what I recently did, got a set off eBay for $50 shipped.
(Wanted a spare set)
