cb400f and cb550f SS dimensions
« on: March 05, 2007, 09:32:06 PM »
So a while back I got a highway bar w/pegs, it's still in its package and set me back about $130.  I got it since they didn't make crash bars for my cb550 anymore according to the local honda shop (shawmut hills) and I wanted some protection for the bike if something bad happened (heaven forbid!).

Well, I might possibly be able to get some crash bars for a cb400 for a decent price (how much should I offer? great shape, used) but I don't know if they will fit onto the 550.  I don't feel like putting the highway bar on since I can't use those pegs anyway with stock handlebar setup.  Any help would be appreciated.

that highway bar (w/ o-ring pegs) is for sale, $120 to your door, or best offer.  I'll have to make a thread on this later today.  Hopefully I'll remember pics.
