Topic: center stand

Hey All,
 Will my center stand on my 72 500 fit my 78 550? I'm picking up a throttle and run switch tomorrow. I should have it on the road next week.

The frames are different but the engine mounts are the same (easy to put a 550 engine in a 500 frame).

I have one of each but even peering under the bike I can't tell.  You could just try it.
