Sandcast Ducktail Seat?
« on: August 21, 2006, 01:42:21 PM »
I know we all love our bikes, but a sandcast ducktail seat worth over $700? Thats more than I spent on my scooter, even after the paint job and upgrades. What makes this one so special?

See EBAY link for current auction:

It's all relative.  If I made 200K a year, 700 for a seat wouldn't be that much.  As it is now, I'm not looking forward to spending the $120 it's gonna take to buy a new rear tire and have it mounted.

I'm sticking with the Avon Roadrunners this time to keep the tires matching since the front is still good.
