 just saw these on ebay and wondering what you guys thought about using them to aleviate some of the dramas with stock seats and low bars.... might help....

Yeah I think they would help for sure.

I was thinking about doing it myself but I was just going to go to a wrecker and get some top clamps.  Then flip them upside down & put them between the existing bottom clamp and the top.  Then I would just need longer bolts.

I'm confused. Wouldn't a set of bars with a 1" taller rise have the same effect?

They wouldn't move the bars forward like clubmans.  Nor would they look as cool.  IMHO of course......

I saw these a while ago and thought the same as
StevieMac,

though you may have to grind the tops of the spacers flat, as most have a recessed area for the bolts to snag onto.
and get them from the local wreckers is a lot cheaper than buying them - plus you get to paint them yourself, you only need to buy the longer bolts.

I think that they would look good as well.

I'm 6 feet tall and definitley need a little bit more height on my clubmans - for my poor old back...

yeah as just a thought, i had clubmans on my F1m then rode to melbourne  from my home town of albury.....now that is a three hour ride.... Needless to say i bought a new set of bars in melbourne.... i though that this might be an intersting idea to fix the old broken spine drama asscosiated(?) with the cool look....glad you guys had a serius think about it... cheers for that
