630 bucks!!!! That engine model is even more expensive than an actual used engine!!!

This has been discussed here before. The CB750 engine model was about 25 bucks in most model shops.

I think I will stick with the $38 one and build 2 more cafe's for that price  ;D

MMMMM His Model = $630 = 2 Cafe Racers Built @ $315 each = Sell for $3,000 each ? I like my investment better.

Plus I LOVE the quote from Tower Hobbies:

At the Daytona races in 1971, a mass-produced four-cylinder 750cc engine
made all other motorcycle engines obsolete overnight. The Honda 750 Super
Bikes swept the race and forever changed the complexion of motorcycle racing
all over the world. The basic design of the 750 has been refined, enlarged or
reduced in displacement, but regardless, the superb design of the Honda 750
lives on today, powering hundreds of thousands of motorcycles in every country.

Wasn't that the 1970 Daytona?

And wasn't Dick Mann's bike the only 750 Honda to finish the race as all the other ones died from top-end failure?

Hey, I bought that same model kit brand new about 6 years ago for $20 on sale from a hobby shop in Florida. I haven't even opened the plastic cover on mine yet. I was originally thinking about building a 1/3 scale 1969 CB750 around it out of wood and wires but abandoned it when I realized that the engine, although beautiful looking, is bit out of scale, just like that 1/6 scale Tamiya kit. I still might build a chopper around it. Ironically the smaller 1/8 scale MPC kit of CB750 looked closest in scale accuracy.
1969 Honda CB750, two 1970 CB750, two 1972 CB750K2, 1971 CB500, 1975 CB550, 1976 CB400F, 1968 CL450, 1973 CL450, 1974 CB450, 1970 1/2 SL350K1, 1971 SL350K1, 1972 SL350K2, 1972 CL350, 1972 CB350, 1983 CB1000C, 1976 Kawasaki KZ900A4, 1976 KH500A8, 1979 KZ400B, 1983 ZN1300, and so on and so on...
