76 550k pilot jets.
« on: August 29, 2006, 09:39:14 AM »
just a quick question, it has been answered on another post but i just want to double check. i am running stock 76 keihin carbs on my bike with stock jets. does the pilot jet have a passage going lengthwise from the slotted end to the end that goes into the carb body? i have the holes on the slim end very clean but thought those were the only ones to worry about.(the end that goes into the carb body). if there are passages there they are so cloged they look solid, which would explain my idle problems. thanx in advance, carl

Should be one hole lenghtways which is the size of the jet
