funky numbers
« on: October 10, 2013, 08:52:09 PM »
Hi all, it's been a while since I posted but anyway,
I found this pile of parts with a 750  "K0" frame (?) on EBAY.
This bike frame is supposedly from a police bike .
However there seems to be not enough numbers, and I like the no 4 stamp.
Is this weird or is it just me?.
I know its only rock and roll,
but I like it...

That's strange, I wonder if its a dealer factory replacement frame? I have seen some replacement engine cases with no numbers stamped into them...

Definitely not a factory stamp. Short one digit and no dash.

Could easily have been a new frame as they were supplied without numbers and the repairer was supposed to stamp in the original
