Jeff's Cycles - Internet Sales - RIP OFF
« on: August 25, 2006, 11:37:26 AM »
Hi everyone.  Hey I don't want to start out as a new member with something negative, but I thought I would pass on some information to protect all of my fellow riders from the same fate I have had with Jeff's Cycles (www.fascicles.com).  DO NOT buy parts from these guys!!!! They take your money and send you junk (if they ever send it).  I ordered two mirrors and a set of brake and clutch lever's for my CB 350 from them.  I had to call three times (long distance, MI to WA) to get the parts shipped.  When they arrived, I was pissed.  The mirrors were bend so badly I couldn't even turn the locking nut and the levers were mismatched and in terrible shape.  They advertise a money back guarantee on their web site and their invoices.  Well, I think that means, "send us the parts back and we'll keep your money".  I sent the parts back over a month ago and I still do not have my money back.  They don't return calls or email after they take your money.  JEFF'S CYCLES SUCKS....DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY.  >:(

Since I'm out $56.65, plus $8.50 in return shipping, plus about $10.00 in long distance phone calls, I guess all  can do is spread the love and post my story on every web site I can find.  Don't get taken like I did.   :'(

If anyone knows a trustworthy parts supplier, please pass it on.  I'm located in northern Michigan and my choices are few.  Thanks!

Holy Crap! I thought I was the only one! I got nailed on a starter/headlight cut switch a year ago! I reported them to the FTC and I have a complaint on this site! I ended up ahrdly riding last summer because of it! The part they sent me was much worse than what I took off my bike, and the switch was broken to boot!
Here's the part they sent me!
