I am putting an aftermarket exhaust on my beloved 350f, maybe the very MC four-into-two mentioned by Hoodellyhoo in this thread:
http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=115461.0My problem is that, somewhere in the chain of custody, the triangular muffler brackets have disappeared.
You know the ones: the two holes on the base of the triangle are meant bolt to the two screws on the muffler and then the hole at the top is meant to bolt to the single muffler attachment point on the bike. They seem to have disappeared! I think I might have accidentally thrown them away? Who knows!
I'm linking to a picture that Hoodellyhoo posted in that linked thread, you can see the brackets in the first pic on the top left portion of the cardboard square.

Does anyone know of a relatively easy way to get some replacements? Or, alternately, can I just mount the exhaust without the special bracket? I would be worried that the muffler would sit too high and bump into some other stuff under the bike. No good.
