Looks like a homebrew, with a Superhawk (or dream) tank, z50 motor, etc

To me the tank looks like S65/90, the motor could be the same or a 50.
The carb is in a strange position, pobably to keep the height down, must have a strange manifold. ;D
I would say it is a childs sprint/drag bike but what the heck is that big leaver for ?

My guess is that big lever is the "suicide shift"  There are no rear sets, so I think the controls are all hand controls. Including the shift lever.  it is on the right so you can operate the clutch simultaneously with the left hand.
my 2 cents

That handle is a dylithium crystal grinder- ratchet style.  When you pull back a chute opens and a crystal fall into a compartment. It gets ground when the handle is pushed forward.  It never went anywhere because it didn't work on hills.  Very rare prototype. I think the tank is from a Black Bomber.
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!

There is a domain name on the bottom of the  photo....http://www.eurospares.com/  Some interesting articles on a lot of bike stuff

The link to the bike in question is on this page http://www.eurospares.com/graphic2.htm#Vintage%20Japanese%20motorcycles

go down the page and click on this link. There are 4-5 of them
Bob Guynes 50 This is a Honda pushrod 50 with a frame that has had some bracing added to it. The reason it looks so low is those are 15" wheels

"It's a side car racer"

Do I win this weeks on line research prize ???

I don't think it is a hillclimber as the sand would get stuck in the intake.

Honda 50 sidecar? You put two adults on that and "racing" would be the wrong term for it. Plate tectonics may be a closer moniker. ;D
