Another what's it worth. Big ole rot hole in the muffler. Not saying this is one of those adds but do you notice the ones where the flippers are so anxious to sell they can't even wait to get them off the trailer before they take their pics. Always gives me a warm on fuzzy feeling on that.

Running, not running, all original, miles, what work does the seller know about, are you going to fix it up yourself or pay someone else, how bad do you want the project and so forth??  Parts for anything are around....sometimes you have wait a long time for them to show themselves, but they're available somewhere...even if you have to find a donor bike to get them.  Your question is a lot like asking 'what does a kitchen remodel cost?'  If it was me, and I wanted the bike, I'd start at half the ask if it's not running and claim 'as found' status and see where it goes.

The really worthwhile thing about the 305 dream is the complete sheet metal including fenders,speedo headlight etc.,. A very good candidate for a complete restoration!
Then take it to Santa Barbara,Ca and sell it.
