WOW! That brings back memories. When I was 15 years old, I bought one for $150. The only difference was that it had chrome fenders and side covers. I ran across one about 10 years ago at a Honda shop in Memphis, wish I would have gotten it and restored it.

No, don't have one. Bought from Eastwood. HF sells them a little cheaper.

Don't use it often, takes time but results are good. I plug it in and go to bed. Let it run all night.

Hate hind sight. 

I still want a CB77 but this bike should be a blast to ride. Turning out better than planned but cost is getting high. Mostly my fault but I just don't go half way.

The "key" to any bike that is 40+ years old is the completeness of it. (any bike for that matter) I was fortunate on this one as I had something to start with.

I had a 1966 305 Superhawk. my first bike was a sport 50 then a S90, CB160, 305 Superhawk, 1970 CL350 My first new bike was a 1971 CL-450. I've had 10 CB750 from 1969 thru 1976F. If I only had them now. Now I have 1997 VT1100C. and my 3 junk CB750 that I want to fix up some day .

Yep, still here.    I've been busy getting ready for Christmas, and working on my R75/5.
I wish I lived close to you.   I'd love to see your bike in person.   I'd also be able to ride.  I've got heated gear and can deal with cold, but, we just got two winter storms, and now the roads are contaminated with the evil rust inducing salt.   I won't subject any of my bikes to that.

Found a good left muffler today. Still need right. Found correct side cover for the 350G also. It was a good day.

I'm in need of a decent pair of mufflers if you see any more (thanks!).

Wow...duel exhaust, looks cool!  tt, is rare see something that you've overlooked but the exhaust valve adjustment covers are looking a little sad, ya know?

I'm not sure if they were the color of the engine or Silver. Thoughts?

AFIAK, they are to be the color of the engine.  You wouldn't want them painted, as you'd chip removing/reinstalling them at valve adjustment time.

I have a nice left coming my way. The ones on the CB160 were the original. I just cleaned them up.

Will not be swapping the left muffler.

Not the  weight but style.............I do not like the look of the 77/78 750.  My present one is a basket case that I have no desire to rebuild.  I had sold it at one time but bought it back because the buyer made me an offer I could not refuse.  The other one I had seized and I parted it out.
