Carburetors are back and installed!


Installed new throttle cable. Turns out it was to long so had to use the original. Another flea bay listing gone South.
If you need a throttle and front brake cable for a CL 160 I have them.

Set the slides with a 1/8 inch drill bit.

Installed with new O rings. Very hard to find the manifold side but my supplier found me two.

Installed new left air filter and clamp. Still looking for a right air filter although the one I have is not that bad.

Hook up the aux. tank and fine tune. Drain the fuel tank, rinse with gasoline, install. Run new fuel lines.
Should finish by late today. Road test tomorrow.
