Its coming together - lost track of the hours of cleaning, painting and metal polishing.
Every bush, bearing and seal in the bike has been replaced after nearly 70,000 miles and 30 years of damp storage.
Complete head rebuild by Wolfe Worx in London Ontario. I supplied the parts they did the machining and assembly - good work.
"new" second oversize cylinders and pistons from CycleX to replace the flat black run-out original with the many broken fins most of which I found in the bottom case - why bother picking them up just drop them in - thats what the oil pump screen is for...
Back where it belongs.
