Frame question

Can someone tell me if the 81 650c is the same frame as the 750. Im looking for a hardtail kit. Only one I can find is a 750.....thank you

No, the 650 is not the same as the 750. The 750 kits will not work.
The 650 is closer to the 550 frame if any hardtail kits are available for them.
